5th June, Arrow Route ***

I'm on pitch 1 of Arrow Route*** , on the Cioch Slab

At the end of Arrow Route your rewarded with an amazing view of the Cioch

Lena's forgotten we've still got 2 piches on Integrity to get to the top of the cliff !

After Crembo Cracks and Cioch Direct, we headed higher on Arrow Route on the stunning Cioch Slab which took us up to the famous Cioch itself.

On the Saturday, we went out for a big day on Sron na Ciche. We started on Crembo Cracks HVS**, and after 2 pitches on this we moved onto Cioch Direct S* to experience the top tight chimney !!
