Today I was shadowing Al Halewood on an SPA training course we organised for some of the staff at Transition. I'm sure he'll get a chance to post something on his blog over the next few days about it.
We spent the day working on personal climbing with a mixture of fine sunshine and spots of rain. Fortunately it wasn't anything like what we endured as we arrived (wet, wet, wet!).
We're back out tomorrow for group work and set-up. Hopefully the weather will not get as bad as forecast and it stays clear for the weekend as I'm hoping to get back out to the hills one of the days. We shall see...
