'On Sunday, I went climbing at Craggy and I managed to do a 7A (bottom rope, not lead!) That is my new personal best. It took 2 attempts to do it, the week before, I didn't get over the
overhang. But this time I made it all. Some of the instructors that know me were giving me tips from the bottom, about reverse flagging and things, but I did it my own way. I had to hold most of my weight on a one finger hold to make one of the moves, and my hands really really hurt at the end, and I couldn't bend my fingers so we had to go to the cafe for cookies while they got back to normal.'
