Ruby setting a particular handstand challenge from sitting... (needless to say, I can't do it!!)

So here we are again, indoor climbing, this time in Clydach indoor wall - Dynamic Rock (I was here last night, and will be again tonight!!). A different set of SuT's to train.. This time Ruby was with us (a Corporal working at the SDW) - who is a PTI and used to do gymnastics - so we decided to set some additional challenges, on the rings and on the floor !! He set the standard on the rings!
