On The Ben - Central Gully, Creag Coire na Ciste, Left-Hand... Here Matt is enjoying pitch 1, after having trouble communicating with Ewan. This route is III, 4, ** but looks steeper. Matt got the full value.
I'm at the belay at the end of pitch 1 of Central Gully Right-Hand and got the perfect view of Matt on Central Gully Left-Hand. You can see how much Matt is loving it!!
Cental Gully Right-Hand is IV,4,*** and had an easy first crux and a tech 4 later crux. Here Lena Brune is approaching the first steepening on firm neve, with new Quarks, it's all good..
Here Lena starts to solve the main crux, with a right front point on a 2cm ledge, 
Throwing the left foot out wide,
Our view at the top before we headed over to No 4 gully for a quick decent.
The Gully was a lot more friendly than Friday. The slot had been chopped out and it was a simple matter of strolling down for everybody today through the gap.
