Ropes course work

The last few days have seen me deliver more training for the staff at Transition Extreme for Ropes course work. We have looked at rescues, problem solving, group management and general ropes course safety.

Yesterday and today the instructors have been taking the first groups on different elements of the course. This has given me the opportunity to assess their capabilities and assist where required.

I can't really say its boring or laborious work as its outside an even when the rain is pouring there's still fun to be had!
