Here the team is receiving last minute instructions from Ed - or are they waiting for the tide to come in!

There they are - the boats are over there... Back to the boats after lunch in the sand dunes... In the distance you can see Great Tor, and Three Cliffs..

So I was back at Kilvrough Manor for the day, working with Ed Abbley.... Yes, we had to go to the beach - such a rough life !! Today, we were taking the adult group to Oxwich bay on a rediculously sunny, warm day, to go onto the sea, on sit-on-tops... Beach, sun, sand - I think I needed sun cream!

At the end of the day, I had to say goodbye to Ed and Gower, to make a dash for North Wales and the Ogwen valley for a spot of night nav.... Another normal day...
