Sun and Sea and Climbing !

Well there we go... Another day of Sun by the sea - on Gower... It's like this every day!!

Here we have another group of SUT'S from the SDW in Sennybridge on their way for some AT - climbing style at Boiler slab on Gower.... Lots of driving for SIO Leila Connelly...

After all that driving, here's Leila getting ready for a day in the sun ...

So here we go - using army scenarios here we start scaling the cliff at Boiler Slab..

Okay, so the enemy are advancing, they'll be here at the cliff in 2 mins, and they will shoot you dead, unless you're at the bottom of that rope - MOVE ... okay , you're allowed to smile :)

On the way up, on the way down...

Go go go go go... Faster....
