Today the team decided to opt for a day of coaching, indoors - rather than go out into the 'Scottish Weather'. We covered movement coaching on the rock walls, bouldering room and ice wall, as well as technique coaching on various ropework topics. Oh, and there was a notable lunch break which included soup and cake! - Therefore another excellent day.
