Helle, Mike and Brian are on a mountaineering course at Jagged Globe. Today was day 2 for them after spending the day yesterday with Sam. Today I took over and took them up the Zig Zags before heading for the Stob Coire nan Lochan Horseshoe. 
The amount of snow that has disappeared over the last 48 hours is phenomenal.. You can now do the Zig Zags and the complete horseshoe without crampons..

We need some freezing to keep the snow, but unfortunately the freezing levels are above the summits for a few days.. Oh well - maybe it really IS spring !!
