Today I was with Barry, Peter and Dan for the second day of their winter mountaineering course. With a good forecast for the day, but potentially not for the entire week, we headed to Ben Nevis to get a good day in the bag. We found Ledge Route to be in great condition, if a little busy. Again the mountain was busy, especially Orion Face and all the main gullies. The mountain was also the venue for day 2 of MIC assessments, and re-assessments - best wishes to all those that finished today or have 2 days to go.
